Registration fee for Members, Non-Members, Young Scientists, Students and Delegates from Developing Countries includes:

- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to Opening and Closing Ceremonies
- Admission to Welcome Reception
- Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition
- Lunches from Monday to Wednesday
- Coffee Breaks from Monday to Thursday
- Unlimited use of the Munich public transportation system (inner district) from 14 through 17 July 2008
- Congress materials (delegate bag, final programme, abstract book etc.)

Registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes:

- Admission to Opening and Closing Ceremonies
- Admission to Welcome Reception
- Unlimited use of the Munich public transportation system (inner district) from 14 through 17 July 2008
- Half day City Sightseeing Tour of Munich

Confirmation

Registrations received after 20 June 2008 will be processed as on-site registrations. Please note that there will be a fee increase after the deadline 20 February 2008.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.

Who is Who

Their consent provided, delegates will be given the possibility to have their name, institution, city and country listed in the list of participants published on the internet. Upon request a direct link to the homepage of the participant or his/her institution can be installed.

Payment

When registering for CINP, please arrange payment of registration fee and any other cost related to the supporting programme. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. Especially for payment made from outside Germany, we recommend credit card payment. All bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 100) will be given for cancellations received by 10 February 2008. After 10 February 2008, no refunds will be given.
